For the remainder of the year, I will be temporarily shortening my standard appointments from 60 minutes to 45 minutes.

After 16 years of practising massage therapy, I am feeling the cumulative physical demands of the profession and need to make an adjustment to support my overall physical well-being. I truly love my work and intend to continue doing it for many years to come, so it is important that I make thoughtful changes now to protect the longevity of my career.

I know many of you are accustomed to 60-minute appointments, and this was not an easy decision. However, most concerns can still be treated effectively within a focused 45-minute appointment by prioritizing the primary reason for your visit.

I will reassess my appointment options toward the end of the year based on how I am feeling. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

At this time, I am not accepting new clients. My current availability is reserved for existing clients so I can continue providing consistent care while maintaining a sustainable workload. Thank you for your understanding.
