Because this is also our family home, I have a few arrival and housekeeping guidelines to help appointments run smoothly and keep the clinic and family areas separate:
Please arrive no more than five minutes before your appointment.
When you arrive, please text me (604-997-5791) and remain in your vehicle until I let you know I’m ready for you.
Please do not come to the front door or enter through the main house.
Please double-check your appointment date and time on your Jane Portal before leaving home. Because the clinic is also our family home, I kindly ask that you arrive only for your scheduled appointment.
Directions to 5228 Warren Creek Road:
Silvernails ---> Schaeffer ---> Warren Creek Road. Once on Warren Creek Road look for 5228 displayed on the rock and please turn up the driveway and park at the top.
From the parking area, take the path on the right that runs along the front of the house. Follow it past the front porch stairs and continue on the grass around the right-hand side of the house. You will see the stairs leading down to the basement clinic entrance.
